Can I mail in my order? Yes, you can download the mail in order form here
What size photo do the cards hold? Our cards hold 4" x 6" photos, artwork, etc.
Is any of my photo hidden? Our cards show 3 7/16" x 5 7/16" of your photo. Except Mocha & Cinnamon which shows 3 1/4" x 5 1/4".
What size is the actual card? Cards are 5" x 7" and ready for framing. Our cards are the perfect matting.
What is the best way to insert the photos?
We recommend using a rubber finger tip. This helps grip the photo and prevent finger prints. Also, be sure to place the card on a flat surface. Gently lift one side and insert the photo. Once you get the photo past the first frame with your rubber finger tips, slide the photo to the other side.
Do I need tape or glue to secure my photo? No, the cards are designed to securely hold your precious memories without the use of tape or glues. This way your photos are not damaged.

We ship using the USPS first class, USPS priority mail, UPS or FedEx.
Expedited shipping is available, please contact us for pricing.
When will my order ship? Orders are typically shipped within one-two business days. We will email you the package tracking information.
Has my order shipped yet? What is the tracking number? You can contact our shipping department at email@example.com. They can provide you all the details about your orders shipment status and tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for items returned by the post office for incorrect/bad addresses.Our system uses the address you enter, therefore be sure you enter it correctly. If your order is returned to us, you will need to pay to have it re-sent. Thank you for your understanding.
I'm local, can I pick up my order to saave on shipping costs? Yes, select Free Tampa pickup and then we will provide you with pick up instructions in a separate email once your order is ready.
