I'm writing this review a little late - I ordered the ornament before Christmas and received it very quickly. I loved the picture of it, and it does not disappoint in person. I will treasure this ornament, which delivers such a good message in such a terrible, chaotic time!

We ship orders daily, Monday - Friday. Email or call for more information if your order is time-sensitive. Most orders ship within two to four business days. Custom orders are typically shipped within two business days after the proof has been approved. During November/December these time frames will change.

We ship using USPS priority, USPS first class, UPS/FedEx ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, please call 877.830.3405 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing.
Please note that we are not responsible for items returned by the United States Post Office, UPS or FedEx for incorrect/bad addresses. Our system uses the address you enter, therefore be sure you enter it correctly. If your order is returned to us, you will need to pay the actual shipping cost to have it re-sent, which is greater than the reduced $5.00 per order. Thank you for your understanding.
