How much is shipping?

$5.00 flat rate on all orders shipped in the US & US territories. We select the shipping method. If you wish to select the shipping method, we have other options available or contact us for a quote for expedited shipping. The $5 flat rate shipping is only available when we pick the shipping method.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we can however we have found since cards and candles are heavy, it can be cost prohibitive. Contact us directly with what you would like to order and be sure to include your name and shipping address. We will provide you with a shipping quote. Email orders@plymouthcards.com with all the information. 

When will my order ship?

We ship orders daily, Monday - Friday. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days, we try hard to ship quickly. Custom orders are typically shipped within two business days after the proof has been approved. During November/December these time frames will change.

Pre-order items shipping?

If making a purchase that includes both pre-orders and in-stock items, we will hold all items and ship together to save you money on shipping. If you would like the in-stock items to ship right away, please place two orders or contact us to bill you an additional shipping fee.

Has my order shipped yet?  What is the tracking number?

We will email you the package tracking information once your order label has been printed. You can contact orders@plymouthcards.com if you did not receive it.

My order has shipped but the tracking number shows pending or arriving late, what does that mean?

Once the package is picked up my our mail carrier or delivery driver, the only status information we have is what is available on the USPS/UPS/FedEx website. Unfortunately they do not give us access to any other information. 

In the past four years, only one package has never arrived. Please be patient, our delivery companies do their absolute best at delivering your package to you as quickly as possible. 

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from the Tampa/Plant City Florida area.

How do we ship?

We ship using USPS parcel/first class/priority and UPS/FedEx ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, please call 877.830.3405 or email orders@plymouthcards.com for pricing.

My package was returned, what happens?

Please note that we are not responsible for items returned by the United States Post Office, UPS or FedEx for incorrect/bad addresses. Our system uses the address you enter, therefore be sure you enter it correctly. If your order is returned to us, you will need to pay the actual shipping cost to have it re-sent, which is greater than the reduced $5.00 per order. Thank you for your understanding.
