Return Policy

Received the incorrect or damaged item:

  • Must be reported within 3 days after it has been marked delivered by the delivery services (USPS/UPS)
  • First, take photos of the product(s) that you received. Be sure to include photos of the front and back of the items.
  • For damaged items, include photos of shipping package/box and all damage products in one photo.
  • Reply to your order or shipping confirmation email explaining the incorrect item/damage received and attach all photographs.
  • Be sure your order number is included in all correspondence.
  • Once all required information is received, we will review and get back to you within two business days.

Custom cards:

We appreciate having the opportunity to create a customized personal product for all of our customers. We do offer up to 2 rounds of approval of proofs to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the customization of our product we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. 

Non-custom cards and other products:

Non-custom items may be returned, at your cost. We do not refund shipping costs or package protection. You must notify us for return approval within 5 calendar days of your order being delivered. We must receive your return within 10 calendar days of approval being given.

Be sure to pack the items carefully to protect against damage during the shipping process. We are not responsible for returns being damaged and do not offer refunds for products that are damaged during the return shipping process. We suggest you obtain a tracking number as well as insurance from the carrier that you choose.

Refunds are processed within two (2) business days of receipt of return.
