• Overall Condition - Dividers are good with wear and discoloration on tabs, pages are from fair to good, see video
• Some pages are torn out of the rings and/or dog-eared at edges, typical stains from use
• Five-ring metal ring binders are in working order  
• To the best of my knowledge, only the cover page is missing that shows the copyright. I believe no pages are missing but I did not count every page
