  • How much is shipping?

    $5.00 flat rate on all orders shipped in the US & US territories. 

    Free shipping on orders over $79. Use code "THANKS" at checkout. Online only. Cannot be used with other discount codes or offers.

    When will my order ship?

    Most orders ship the next business day. Custom orders are typically shipped within two business days after proof approval. During November/December these time frames may be extended by a day based on when you approve the custom proof.

    Has my order shipped yet?  What is the tracking number?

    We will email you the package tracking information once your order has shipped. You can contact our shipping department at orders@plymouthcards.com if you did not receive it.

    How do we ship?

    We ship using USPS priority, USPS first class, UPS/FedEx ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, please call 877.830.3405 or email orders@plymouthcards.com for pricing.

     

    Please note that we are not responsible for items returned by the post office for incorrect/bad addresses. Our system uses the address you enter, therefore be sure you enter it correctly. If your order is returned to us, you will need to pay the actual shipping cost to have it re-sent, which is greater than the reduced $5.00 per order. Thank you for your understanding.
