Hey! Happy Wednesday, halfway to Friday, I know. Lisa here, Plymouth Cards, and I am so excited to show you all of the new word ornaments and pins that we have, etc. So it's Wednesday. I know, I just said that, and I hope you've been having a great week. I hope you had a great weekend last weekend. We've been busy just getting everything organized here. It's organized but we're just putting more stuff away. I know I did a tour last Wednesday, and last Thursday we got a whole new delivery of cards. And I was so disappointed that I forgot to take pictures to share with everyone. But the neat and organized space became chaos again. So we got that.

Hey Cindy, how are you? Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I'm so excited to show you everything. 

I guess I will start showing everyone the words. So for those of you that didn't know, we took a survey. And we got comments from everyone via social media, Facebook, Instagram, I got emails, I got phone calls and I compiled everyone's requests. And these are the winners. So let's see. I'm going to start. Let's start. I bet you probably see the one on my apron right now. 

The first one that we have is blessed. So that's blessed, that is it as a pin. There are two pins on the back because if there aren't two it ends up spinning, and you wouldn't want that. So there's two pins. And let me show you the ornament. I've got everything organized here. Allen did an amazing job on these. We went back and forth getting everything, the right designs. So there is the ornament. Let's see if I can hold that steady for you. Blessed, I just think it's beautiful. So there's the ornament. But then just wait, wait, wait, wait, there's more. So we decided to do a limited quantity of key chains. 

And oh my gosh! I'm sitting here thinking I forgot to put everything live on the website, so I apologize. And as soon as I get off this live, I will put everything live on the website. I didn't want anyone to see it in advance. So there's that. 

So there is blessed, and there's more. So let me show you. So there's blessed, but the key chain, and this is so funny. We just couldn't decide amongst ourselves which design to do for key chain, so we ended up doing three because that's just -- I guess I have a hard time making decisions sometimes. So here is one key chain. So we have one with the ring, a traditional style. And then we have one without the chain at all.

Here's the other style of key chain, so without the chain, I think that's just a little bit more fancy. But then we also have one with the horseshoe on it. And what you do to get your keys on is one of the balls just twist off like that, then you put your keys on, and then you put this ball and you twist it right back on. Personally, this is my favorite.

So we have two more words to show you. Let's see. I'm not sure which one to show you. I'm so undecided. Okay, I will do this one next. Let me pull it off the tree. Believe, I just think this one is gorgeous. I don't know what you all think. And then the back just like that. So there's the front. And we have more ribbon options this year. Believe is a pin that's awesome. And like I said, I'm so sorry. I will be putting these live on the website. I don't know why I didn't do that beforehand. But what happens is once it goes live on the website, then it all gets posted on Facebook and I didn't want anyone to see in advance. So there, that's why it's not there. So that's my story for today anyway. 

So here's believe. And again, we did the three options for the key chains. Let me know which one you like best. Do you like it with the chain? Do you like it without the chain? Or do you like it with the horseshoe? I'd love to know your feedback. And again, for anyone that just logged on to watch, the one with the horseshoe, one of the balls it just twists on and off. And if I had my glasses on, oh, there we go. And it just twists right back on. So that's what that does. So that's our second word, Believe. So we have it in all. So everything is $11.99, except for the horseshoe. This one is a little bit more, this one is $13.99. So those are the three things. Oh, good. Thanks. 

I should have posted, now that I'm thinking about it, I should have posted on the Facebook page, because everyone here is so kind to give your opinions when I ask questions. So I really appreciate that. So that's been really great. Oh, you like the horseshoe. Okay, thank you Cindy. Awesome! So alright, so those are the first two words. 

And then the final word is -- let's pull it off the tree. I hope everyone likes these, the words. I hope you like them as much as I do. We've worked on these for a long time, the designs. Peace, so that is peace. Here is the back of it and again, I just love it. We used the same font on all of them so that they could go together as a set. Here, I'll show you the Peace pin. 

Now I put them on cards right now. There will be cards and there will be wording on the back, I just haven't come up with the wording for them yet. So therefore, that's why it's just a blank card. I'm still deciding what wording to put on the back. If you have suggestions. I'd love to hear what you all have to say. That'd be great. And again, we have the three key chain options. So with the chain, without the chain, and with the horseshoe. And so like I said, they're $11.99, or the horseshoe one is $13.99. All the ornaments are $11.99, all the pins are $11.99. There is the box option now, so that is an additional $5. So it'll be put in a box with twine and a tag and the little message that goes with it. So there will be that. And I just wanted to show everyone hope because just in case you're new, and you didn't see hope last time. 

Oh, awesome. That's great. Oh, that makes me so excited. I thought you might like some of them. I'm having a hard time deciding, I think I'm just going to put a different one on each one of my aprons. So I wear the apron, in case you're wondering because you're like she's not painting, actually packing cards and products, ruins your clothes. And I had more holes in my clothes so that's why I ended up doing that. I have the aprons in many different colors, so I don't feel like I'm wearing the same thing every day. 

But here's hope. And this is how it all started. We started with hope last year. And there was such a good response that we asked everyone for their favorite words. And I probably should show you I'm going to just run and grab it real quick. Hopefully you can still hear me. The card, we have this holiday card and it says peace, hope, joy. So it'd be really nice compliments, if you used one of those cards, you could give the one of the ornaments, you can put your own picture and your artwork, whatever you like. But I just thought -- I'll hold that up so you can see. Peace, hope and joy. So I bet you have an idea of what word might be here next year based on seeing that so.

So with the hope we have the different the three different style key chains on that as well. And I think Allen just did an amazing job. All our pewter products are made in Massachusetts, my brother in law Allen makes them. He has a pewter -- Oooh, thank you. Thanks Cindy. This is actually fun today. I love everyone talking to me because it makes me feel like I'm just not talking to my computer screen. So this is nice. So thank you for engaging with me. I really appreciate it. 

So Allen makes all my pewter. He's up in Massachusetts. He has a shop with his equipment. Yesterday I posted the video on how the ornaments -- and basically you can take the same concept for everything else, is made. I thought it would be fun just in case you hadn't seen it before. Benny did it, my daughter, she did an amazing job on it. She does work full time but she put that together. She lives in Philadelphia now, so she did that for us. I think it really great. So that is all the ornaments and the new words. Where in Massachusetts? He's in Pembroke Massachusetts, just on the south shore that's where we're from. We're the only family that left. Everyone else is still on the south shore. Well actually, my husband's family is from Watertown, but my family is all on the south shore still. So that's where we are. Are you in Massachusetts Ellen? It says Ellen, right? I'm sorry, I should put my glasses on. Yes, it does. Yes. Okay. 

So that's Allen, so he makes it all, and his quality is -- I don't know if you all know this about me, but I'm a very big stickler. Oh, you were born in Dedham. My dad's family, some of his family is in Dedham. That's interesting. Actually my husband's family, one of his cousins is there too, so I know exactly where Dedham is.That's cool.

Yeah, I'm a big stickler for quality. So Allen meets the standard. Oh, I'm in Florida too Ellen, got to love it here. 95 degrees here today, we're just outside of Tampa. We're now in Plant City. The business is now in Plant City. We moved it last month -- or over the last month. I think May into June we moved everything and last week, I did the tour so everyone could see what it all looks like now. To actually be in a real space instead of in every bedroom and garage and through the house. So it's really nice to be here. But the funny thing is, I know, I'm going probably off on a tangent, our house now echoes. Oh, you're not too far at all. Zephyrhills is really close; well, it's relatively close to where I am. I know where that is. But our home now echoes. So that's the thing. We have to figure out what to do about that but yeah. I know Vinny is really happy not to see everything in our house all the time. But I do miss it; I'm adjusting. I'm adjusting. 

But let me know what else -- Oh my gosh, I've been gathering -- I've been getting so many new things that I can't show it to you all in one day. I think for the next three or four weeks, I'm going to be showing you something new every time. So I'm really excited about that. And let's see. Oh, let me see. Oh, thank you. Oh, Cindy, thank you so much. I know. I'm going to tell him. I love it when people -- He doesn't work with the customers like I do. So I love showing him everyone's messages when they are so happy with his things. He does such an amazing job; he's really gifted with that. So I'm very thankful to have him in my family. 

So I think that's what I've got for today, but if you ever have any products that you're like, oh, I wish you know, I had something, let me know. I love sourcing made in the USA products. It's a passion of mine, and actually next week, I'm going to a virtual tradeshow, which I've never done before. But I'm going to do that and I'm really excited to see what else I can find to share with everyone. And again, to make sure that it's made in the USA, it's eco-friendly if it's an eco friendly type of product. And again, it has to be the quality that I demand, I guess, is the best word. Thankfully, people are happy. They know my standards now, they're learning.

But many people think that, maybe when you deal with a large, large company, you make a suggestion, and it just goes into the abyss, the black hole. But really, we take so many suggestions and customer requests seriously. Cindy had requested some colors. Oh, thank you so much to Mel, I appreciate you being here. But last Christmas, Cindy had requested some different mass colors, and we were able to accommodate her. I love your suggestions. At the beginning of the year, we had a customer request, a photo insert note card that has a black line instead of our embossed border. So we were able to do that. So we do listen to your comments and suggestions. Aww that's so nice. Thank you Cindy. I really appreciate that. So I love getting your suggestions.
